I got my Termin to get a Termin for the Einbürgerungstest via email. VHS Tempelhof-Schöneberg. They‘re nice, use email, and take card payments. The whole experience was rather good and smooth.
I saw they had slots for the test and emailed them saying I wanted to sign up for one of those. They replied with a time when I could come to sign up for the test.
So it‘s basically getting a Termin to get another Termin.

So did you email them just asking for a termin? Or did you wait for the Termin to show up on the VHS portal and then emailed them?
