But does your email actually contain a ticket? Mine only contains the Zusammenfassung meiner Bestellung, with some details listed below. Do I actually need to print this email and have it with me until the card arrives in November?
Went to the Kundenzentrum yesterday - apparently there was a system error, and there was no image attached to the email, and I was not the only one with this issue. They printed it out for me, so all good now.

Yes it does, and it actually has a QR code (I didn’t notice yesterday). According to the email we need to print it yes.
