Anyone know where we can find the ticket after purchasing the subscription? I only received a confirmation email

The confirmation email contains a ticket which apparently has to be printed. But I find this strange because it literally contains 0 personal info, anyone could make this up...

But does your email actually contain a ticket? Mine only contains the Zusammenfassung meiner Bestellung, with some details listed below. Do I actually need to print this email and have it with me until the card arrives in November?

Yes it does, and it actually has a QR code (I didn’t notice yesterday). According to the email we need to print it yes.

Went to the Kundenzentrum yesterday - apparently there was a system error, and there was no image attached to the email, and I was not the only one with this issue. They printed it out for me, so all good now.

We should be receiving a ticket in the mail, right? I am not sure what to do given the "email ticket" expired yesterday and I've yet to receive anything by post

Will we eventually receive a physical ticket for the subscription, or will the ticket eventually appear on the BVG mobile app? I am confused by this part in their email after making the payment:

Alternativ können Sie die komplette Bestellbestätigung und die Abo-Einstiegskarte in Kontrollen auch auf dem Handy vorzeigen

It sounds like I can just save a copy of the order confirmation and ticket to my mobile phone. Am I understanding this correct?
